Considering the lack of information, I would hazard a guess that there was either video proof that nothing occurred, or the woman who filed the report admitted she lied.

Wellington, March 12 - Police are treating a report of an attempted rape at a Lower Hutt railway station this morning as a false complaint.
A woman had told police that an attack by two men happened as she was about to enter a subway leading to Pomare station around 7am. Police closed down the station to the public until 7.45am.
However, police said tonight that they were now considering their options and were treating the report as false.

The muslims who are fighting the American army mainly just don't want the feminist western culture to come to their countries also, which is why they are fighting against the western powers. They don't want their women to also be turned into prostitutes.
If these stupid American bitch feminists want equal rights, they should also go to the front lines and risk their lives. But no, they'd rather just send the men out to die for their "equal rights" while they sit at home in Starbucks, and cheating on their boyfriends who are over there fighting.

The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are about much more than feminism, but I don't doubt that our misguided efforts to ram feminism down the throats of the Afghanis have only served to stiffen resistence there. Not everything that we have tried over there is bad, but they are definitely not ready for twenty-first century feminism.
And neither are we, if it means enabling false rape accusations and subordinating men to women!
