If this incident were looked at by the representatives of the sexual grievance industry who do rape studies, it would be included as a "rape" only because there is no definitive evidence that it was a lie. In fact, it should be classified in an entirely separate category of "unknowns" where the vast majority of rape claims would end up if the surveyors were in any sense honest. Instead they are happy to have us believe that if it can't be definitively called a lie, it must have been a rape. This canard would not be a concern except that the sexual grievance industry uses their "statistics" to justify more and more draconian rape "reforms," as we've discussed here many times, which place innocent men and boys at ever greater risk. Biggest example last year: the "Dear Colleague" letter than lowered the standard of proof in college sex disciplinary proceedings.

Im Begining to realize "Rape hysteria" is a powerful agitation propaganda tool.
I wander who was the "constructionist" was told Hillary to "Inflame the US masses" by telling them Kadaffi is handing out Viagra to his generals so they can rape dissidents. In an age of mass "Rape hysteria" and a Law enforcement system that fosters "Rape hysteria", its the perfect agitation tool.

A US citizen should file a complaint with the UN, saying that it is unacceptable for the US Government to inflame the public with Faulty and inflammatory "Rape hysteria".

It is funny how feminists are such pathological liars and fantasists, and yet they insist that women would hardly ever lie when it comes to accusations of any kind of abuse by a man.
I have said this before, but feminism should be recognized as a serious psychiatric and personality disorder. Trying to reason with most feminists is like trying to reason with a psychopath. They are beyond hope, and really need to be committed to an asylum.

A personality disorder applies to an individual - not a group. BTW, your last sentence describes a psychopath. Try not to lump your categories together. Even though one is contingent upon the other, they are separate disorders and should be dealt with as such.

During the Tiananmen Square protests of 1989 when Chinese troops probably did massacre about 1,000 students, the USG and the US mass media suggested that Chinese soldiers were given drugs to make them violent and brutal towards the students.
